The double mash climber provides opportunities for children of all ages and levels of development. Children can climb, hang, balance, jump and cruise around and on the Sideways Tree Mash. This component provides excellent opportunities for balance and coordination, proprioceptive processing and increasing motor planning skill, and is also great practice for the coordination of the upper and lower extremities. Children can experiment with vestibular motion by swinging and hanging from the ropes. The climber comes with the bark still on the trees, which creates tactile opportunities for additional sensory input. This component also has a social aspect, as children of all physical levels and ages can play together on the ropes and trees.
